Congruence of Samajams in Avadi

On March 11, 2012, Board members of 12 Malayalee Samajams in and around Avadi and Ambattur organized a meeting at Hotel Preetha Garden. This meeting was presided by Mr. Hi-Tech Manoharan, who is an ardent patron of arts and an active social personality. The members passed a resolution to work in unison in order to voice the concerns of Malayalees residing in Avadi and Ambattur area (considerable number) and also to send a request to the Central Government to provide a scheduled stop for Mangalapuram Chennai Mail at Avadi.
